Sawing plays an essential role in preparing raw materials for further processing or producing finished components directly. Sawing is an automated process used to cut materials like metal, plastic, or composites into specific shapes and sizes. Cutting metal stock (bars, rods, billets) to size, preparing material for CNC milling or turning, or cutting long parts like pipes or profiles.

Welding is used to assemble machined parts or to join metal sections that cannot be produced as a single piece. We employ MIG, MAG, and TIG welding techniques, utilizing high-quality equipment from Kemppi, Superior, and ESAB. Our expertise includes welding various grades of steel and aluminum, with a maximum weight capacity for welded structures of up to 2 tons.

Grinding in CNC machining is a highly precise and versatile process used for finishing parts to exacting tolerances and surface finishes. With various grinding techniques, including surface, cylindrical, centerless, and profile grinding, CNC grinding machines are capable of handling a wide range of materials and geometries. 

Powder coating and wet painting are two popular finishing processes used in CNC machining to provide protection, improve appearance, and enhance the performance of machined parts.
