CNC turning

Our CNC turning machines are up to 450 mm in diameter and 1000 mm in length.

The company operates 7 CNC turning centres and 5 universal turning machines. In individual cases we can machine flange type components with the diameter up to 400 mm and shaft-type parts up to 900 mm in length. The up-to-date turning centres are equipped with additional active tools allowing to perform eccentric drilling and milling operations during turning. We effectively machine from 1 to 500 units of components.

Double spindle turning

Double spindle turning setup allows for simultaneous or sequential operations on both sides of a workpiece, enhancing productivity, reducing cycle times, and eliminating the need for manual part handling between operations.

Automatic turning

Automatic turning is the process where a CNC lathe or turning center automatically machines rotational parts without the need for constant manual intervention.
