Cooperation with vocational schools in the year of 2015
In order to attract as many as possible young and talented people who are interested in the work of CNC operators to our company, we are closely cooperating with educational institutions. In December, the president of “LINPRA” Gintaras Vilda, the director of Kaunas Technical College Nerijus Varnas and the director of KTU Engineering lyceum Dainius Žvirdauskas visited BCT. They discussed the possibilities of cooperation, i.e. scholarships, internships, the open days etc. with the BCT Chairman of the Board Gintaras Rimša. Currently, the company is often organizing the open days, which give the opportunity for young people to get acquainted with the profession of CNC operator, to see the latest equipment and technologies.
